With this objective, our YouTube channel was born, in which we will guide you through explanatory videos on the exercises you must do from home.

It is an accessible tool for everyone , but like everything, you have to know how to apply the correct dose, method of production, volume, loads, technique, parameters. All this will be guided by our physical therapists Álvaro and Ándres in the session itself.
